AIRIOHUODION LP was established in May, 1993 and earlier registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as a Law Firm (NENE CHAMBERS) with Registration No: 899621 on the 18th of March 1994. Which name was changed to OSEREMEN AIRIOHUODION & CO. on 16th November, 2021. It was also the first law firm to be accredited to do business with the Corporate Affairs Commission with Accreditation No: NBA/FM/001 and NBA/FM/002 respectively.
The firm was re-registered as AIRIOHUODION LP on the 7th day of July, 2025 under Part ‘D’ of the new Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 as a Limited Partnership.
The firm is engaged in full and active legal practice with offices in Abuja (Head office), Lagos and Benin City. The partners have been in professional practice since 1990 and have been providing legal services to diverse and discerning clientele for several years.
Founder
S. OSEREMEN AIRIOHUODION Esq
Born on July 9, 1967, he attended Eghosa Anglican Grammar School Benin City Edo State between 1979 – 1984, University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria 1985 – 1989 Nigeria Law School, Lagos 1989 – 1990, and was called to the Nigerian Bar on 12th December, 1990.
He was Legal Adviser, Nigeria Police, Benue State Police Command 1991 (on National Youth Service). He was an Associate Counsel at Cosmic Chambers, Abuja between April 1992 – May 1993. He established NENE CHAMBERS – OSEREMEN AIRIOHUODION & CO. in 1994 and has been the Managing Partner of the firm, which later transitioned into AIRIOHUODION LP.
He was appointed a Notary Public for Nigeria in September, 1999. MR. OSEREMEN AIRIOHUODION is well travelled and has attended Conferences, Seminars and workshops both within and outside Nigeria.
He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. MR. OSEREMEN AIRIOHUODION is married with children.

JOHN TERFA TINE Esq.
MR. JOHN T. TINE who hails from Abwa-Mbagen in Buruku Local Government Area of Benue State was born in Gboko Benue State in 1962. He attended Government College, Makurdi 1977 – 1982 and the University of Lagos 1986 – 1989. He was at the Nigeria Law School, Lagos between 1989 – 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He is a founding partner of the firm where his wealth of experience and administrative acumen has come to define the firm. In 2002, he took a leave of absence from the firm to join the Benue State Executive Council where he served as the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Culture, Benue State uptil May 2003. He was subsequently appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Benue Investment and Property Company Limited between August, 2003 – May, 2008.
SIR PETER AIHIOKHAI Esq.
SIR PETER AIHIOKHAI attended the Ambrose Alli University, Edo State and graduated with Honours in 1992 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in June 1994. He is in Private Legal Practice and a Partner since 2024.

MR. STEPHEN OGBADU attended Kogi State University, Anyingba graduating in 2007. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008 after attending the Nigerian Law School, Bwari Campus, Abuja. Mr. Stephen ogbadu is a Seasoned Litigator and an avid Chess Player.
AJUWA SHEDRACK Esq.
MR. AJUWA SHEDRACK was born 20th July, 1977, he attended Alakoto High Schoo, Tolu, Apapa, Lagos. He attended the University of Lagos, graduating with LL.B Hon. in the year 2012 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 after attending the Nigerian Law School. He has worked with Chief Kanu Agabi, SAN from 2017 – 2019. He is a seasoned litigator.
RITA ONA OKOSUN Esq.
MRS. RITA ONA OKOSUN attended University of Benin, graduating in 2008. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010 after attending the Nigerian Law School, Lagos.
ADEJOH LEONARD Esq.
MR. ADEJOH LEONARD attended University of Abuja, graduating in 2019. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2020 after attending the Nigerian Law School, Bwari.
